All tours (tour “The Monumental Seville”, ”The Romantic Seville” and both walking tours) start at the main bus stop of “Golden Tower”, which is about 20 meters away from the emblematic monument of the Gold Tower, close to the river Guadalquivir. However, with the Monumental and Romantic tour is possible to take the bus at any of the 15 bus stops, once you have changed your online voucher for an official ticket at the main bus stop “Golden Tower”.
The meeting point of both walking tours is at the main bus stop “Golden Tower”.
Occasionally, there are alterations/modifications in the service due to causes beyond our control (works, demonstrations, events carried out by the City Hall…). We recommend visiting us in Facebook or consult our web page the same day you are going to do the different tours.
Once you have purchased a voucher, you have 30 days to use it. The day that you want to start the tours, just go to the main bus stop “Golden Tower” and give the voucher printed to our staff and they will give you a valid official ticket.
No. We can´t accept refunds. Remember that you have 30 days from the date of purchase to use the voucher.
Yes, our buses are equipped with pre-recorded comments in 8 different languages: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Dutch and Portuguese. We will give you the headphones.
With the purchase of your ticket or voucher of “Tour of Seville and Triana”, we give you the headphones. If you lose them, you can buy others in any of our buses. The price is 1€. Please, take care of them.

Yes, you must print the voucher that you will receive in your email account, after you have completed your purchase, and show it to the staff of the main bus stop “Golden Tower”. It is not allowed show the voucher in the screen of your mobile phone.
Yes, but the company is not responsible for any damage or loss that it can suffer. In addition, depending on the dimensions of the pram and/or the number of passengers, you will need to place it at the top or bottom of the bus. The driver will tell you where to keep it.
Inside the bus you are not allowed to eat, drink, smoke or travel with an open umbrella on the top floor.
No, it is not allowed to get on the bus with pets, with the exception of guide-dogs.
You are responsible for keeping your ticket in a safe place to be able to access the bus and other activities. Therefore, in case of loss, theft…you will have to make a new purchase. Check that the staff has given you the ticket before you get on the bus.
Once you have made the purchase online, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a PDF file in which you can find the QR code that you have to show at our stops. If you have not received it, please contact us through our contact form, e-mail address or phone call. If you have purchased with Paypal, it may take a little longer to receive the confirmation e-mail.
